By downloading, installing, or using the alemarble mobile application (hereafter, "the app") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
alemarble is a mobile board game based on the traditional rules of the Pachisi / Tock family, played with cards and marbles. It lets you play:
The game rules are in the public domain; the implementation, code, designs, and brand are the property of the holder (see section 6).
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Breaking these points may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the online services without prior notice.
The app does not require an account. There is no registration, real name, or password. Your identity in online matches is handled via an anonymous token tied to your device (see Privacy Policy).
Any use of the alemarble name, logo, or materials beyond what this licence permits requires prior written authorisation.
If we permanently interrupt the online service, we will announce it in the app with reasonable advance notice when possible.
The app is provided "AS IS", without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronny Montano shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the app.
This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer rights recognised by Spanish and European legislation, which prevail.
If the app includes optional purchases in the future (skins, themes, etc.), the specific terms of those purchases will be shown before paying. Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play; consult their respective terms for refunds.
As of today, the app does not include purchases.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify within the app before they take effect. If you continue to use the app after they take effect, you are deemed to accept the new Terms.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the online mode if you seriously breach these Terms (e.g., cheating, harassment).
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the holder's domicile, unless the law grants the consumer the right to litigate in another forum (in which case that right prevails).
